The London Transport battery-electric locomotives are made to run when the current is switched on or off and were used extensively during work on the Jubilee line and Heathrow extensions. By 1896, 52 had been made and number 35 is now preserved in the London Transport Museum in Covent Garden.
These are made in England using the tried and tested ETS motorised bogie, priced at £465 and represent an interesting addition to any London Transport themed layout.
